In 2008, Jan returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday cruise on ORIANA! . Unexpectedly this cruise was a Tate Britain themed cruise. (She really should read the brochure properly!!) Jan was delighted to take part in the excellent workshops run by Gill Cutbill. (see Gill's work at www.gilliancutbill.com) She really enjoyed them and came away with lots of new ideas. She also enjoyed being a 'student'. ...>

Jan had great fun on a Karen Head day workshop with the Phoenix stitchers. She made a nuno felt scarf...

The journal and the collage will inspire textile work in the future.
